ABC Insurance Trustees Announce Premium Credit Return to Members

The Associated Builders and Contractors Insurance Trustees recently announced the implementation of a premium holiday or premium credit for members that participate in ABC’s Insurance Trust.

In recent years, the ABC Insurance Trust has experienced positive margins. Because of this, a portion of the margins is being returned to participants as a premium credit. Provided to member firms on a quarterly basis throughout 2008, the credit will be approximately equivalent to one month’s premium in total for all coverages.

The Insurance Trust act provides insurance coverages to members by pooling all ABC members, nationwide, into one large group. Margins generated during a policy year accumulate for the benefit of the ABC Insurance Trust and its participants.
