Austin Bluffs Interchange Improvements

The Event Center, Moose Lake Lodge, is a two-story, 5,700-sq-ft wooden structure that consists of a 4,200-sq-ft main level, which has an open space that can be divided into three rooms by use of partitions. Attached to the outside of the second level will be three mews cages, which can be viewed from inside.

Located at 3737 Airport Rd., just east of the old station, the project consisted of a 12,595-sq-ft building with three apparatus bays, individual sleeping quarters, a large kitchen, dayroom, dispatch center, weight and community rooms. This building replaced the old fire station, built in 1966.

The Colorado Springs Special Projects Department performed the interior remodel at the Peak Vista Community Health Center, along with the addition of a new grand entrance and stairwell. The completion of this 34,000-sq-ft health care center allowed Peak Vista to provide multiple services to a wide range of patients at one facility.
