A 186,000-sq-ft office building on track to earn LEED-platinum certification. The facility is 28% more energy efficient than traditional buildings, featuring under-floor air for individual temperature and ventilation control, indoor pollution control, reduced water consumption by more than 50%.  Also, 100% of the building's power comes from wind energy.

2. T. Rowe Price Building 2 & Parking Structure

A four-story, 143,000-sq-ft, Class A office building on a 10-acre site. Highlights include a raised floor for HVAC and wire distribution and a 600-seat, theater-style meeting room. The building will support an existing onsite facility with a kitchen, cafeteria, fitness center and 580-car, three-story parking structure.

3. Northrop Grumman Campus–Phase 1

Start: October 2006 Finish: December 2007

A 135,400-sq-ft, three-story, tilt-up office building with lobby area, common corridors and restrooms of concrete wall panels with paint system, clerestory storefront, canopy entrances and architectural masonry accents.

4. Patriot Park Building 6
Colorado Springs
$11.5 million

Start: March 2007 Finish: November 2007

A three-story, plus basement office building, the second such facility on an 85-acre development. LEED-silver certification will be sought.

5. Rio Tinto Minerals Corporate Headquarters

6. Lundvall Office Building

A 27,650-sq-ft, three-story building featuring an intricate pattern of timber framing at the gabled entrance, with vestibule highlighted by a two-story vertical mountain diorama with waterfall, pool and mountain animals.
