The annual Top Specialty Contractors rankings provide coverage of the specialty trades working in Colorado. This section features lists of the industry leaders in many different categories, based on 2005 revenue information provided by the contractors themselves. Information was gathered from questionnaires mailed to hundreds of subcontractors, asking them for revenue totals from all of their in-state work during the last fiscal year.

These rankings are often used by owners and industry leaders as a benchmark of recent progress by local firms.
